About This Position:

Fresh Take Grocery is looking for an Assistant Food Service Manager to lead our bar with excellence and enthusiasm. This role involves overseeing all bar operations, ensuring the highest standards of freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for beverages, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for both our guests and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train bar staff
  • Manage inventory and ensure freshness of all beverages
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer customer inquiries
  • Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Achieve and maintain sales and profit goals
  • Follow merchandising plans set forth by the Store Manager

Availability:

This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Focus on Fresh
  • Proven experience in bar management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales and profit goals
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
