About This Position

Fresh Take Grocery is looking for an Assistant Starbucks Manager to support the Starbucks Manager in leading our in-store Starbucks team. This role involves assisting with all Starbucks operations, ensuring the highest standards of freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values efficiency and effectiveness, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional coffee experience for both our guests and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and training Starbucks staff
  • Help oversee inventory and stock levels
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
  • Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Assist in creating and managing weekly schedules for Starbucks employees

Availability:

This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Focus on Fresh
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role, preferably in a coffee shop or similar environment
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
