If so, we want to hear from you As a vital member of our marketing team, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads for SEH’s subsidiary, RAM Companies. The ideal candidate can turn technical knowledge into compelling stories, portfolios, social posts, and more, and execute those stories through a multi-channel marketing approach that engages internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: In collaboration with subject matter experts and the marketing team, you'll be responsible for crafting and leading targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Content Creation: With a strong emphasis on content generation, you’ll engage in writing and editing persuasive and captivating content. Your role is crucial in advancing our content/inbound marketing strategy by coordinating with subject matter experts to produce content for our website, such as blogs, case studies, eBooks, award submittals, etc.

  • Copy Editing: Ensure all content is polished and professional, adhering to our corporate style guide for spelling, grammar, tone, and punctuation.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data such as campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic to shape future strategies.

  • Exceptional writing skills, with a proven ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through prioritization and workload scheduling
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively within a team to nurture a culture of creativity, trust, and collective success
  • Proactive self-starter, eager to take ownership and initiative with minimal direction
  • Ability to seek, learn from, and use constructive criticism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM software
  • Must be located in or around Brunswick Ohio with the ability to report into our RAM office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience working in marketing or similar role
  • Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a closely related field
  • Three-plus (3+) years of relevant experience working in the A/E/C industry in a similar capacity
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $70,000 and $74,000 based on skill set and experience.
