Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Architect is responsible for driving the integration and optimization of marketing technology platforms that enhance patient experience, marketing performance, and digital consumer engagement. This role works closely with senior leadership in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Compliance, IT&S teams, and external technology vendors. The Digital Marketing Architect will manage the execution of work, ensuring the efficiency and velocity of marketing technology project delivery, and provide valuable insights into digital marketing, consumer experience, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the SVP of Marketing and relevant departments to define MarTech needs, solutions, and resource allocations.
  • Build and maintain engineering delivery timelines, unblocking teams and increasing efficiency in project execution.
  • Offer expert advice on digital marketing, consumer engagement, and experience to clinical and operational leadership.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Digital Marketing and Experience within and outside of IT&S.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 7 years in digital technology roles with a proven track record in managing complex technology platforms.
  • Experience in digital marketing, CRM, and consumer engagement platforms, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with Epic and Epic-related software for implementation project management is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Comprehensive understanding of data flows in consumer-facing applications ensuring safe, secure, and compliant user engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives and across project teams.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations related to patient data privacy and financial compliance (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, CCPA).
  • Expertise in data management, research, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in CRM application data, clinical departments, and clinical datasets.
  • Skilled in the creation of technical documents, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and flow diagrams.
