Front Office Coordinator

The Front Office Coordinator makes a tremendous difference and lasting impact on each patient's life and plays a meaningful role in the practice, making the position highly rewarding with growth potential.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, holds exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, and exhibits genuine care for patients of all ages.
- Patient Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, both in-person and over the phone. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Appointment Management: Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and appropriate allocation of resources. Update and maintain appointment schedules accurately in the system.
- Patient Intake and Records: Gather patient information, including medical history, insurance and billing details, and personal demographics. Ensure all patient records are complete, accurate, and comply with relevant privacy regulations.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing patient files. Maintain office and clinical supplies inventory.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in the retail industry is preferred
- Experience in front-office administrative services is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Proactive and organized with the ability to multitask
