Every day across the world, leading industrial, residential, and commercial developers' teams use TraceAir to collaborate. For them TraceA`ir is guiding "single point of truth" that shows and measures daily work progress, helps to optimize the next steps and prevents costly errors.

We have put several things in place to make it happen:

  1. Drones collect data from construction sites
  2. Our proprietary data processing algorithms and processes convert it to accurate 3D models
  3. Our collaboration platform with intuitive tools brings insights to our clients.
  4. As a result, our clients' construction teams can see and measure progress and make effective decisions.

Position Summary

TraceAir is growing rapidly and looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and empower a small but talented sales development team to hit and exceed their quotas. You will be responsible for keeping the team fired up, ensuring they have the training and tools to hit their quotas, and establishing world-class sales tactics across a number of channels. You'll work with narrow construction segments where the quality and variety of outreach trump quantity.

What you will do

  • Leadership
    • Lead the sales team to hit their quotas
    • Provide regular sales training to SDRs
    • Keep the team engaged and fired up
    • Recruit new SDRs
    • Create a career development plan for SDRs
  • Management
    • Monitor and maintain SDRs' performance
    • Troubleshoot sales and technical issues that hinder the team's performance
    • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing teams to establish goals, exchange experience, and solve problems
    • Create scripts, processes and procedures that lead to team efficiency and standardization
  • Channels
    • Establish and maintain world-class sales tactics across several outreach channels (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn)
    • Experiment with new sales techniques to optimize conversion rates for multiple channels
    • Experiment with new channels to diversify outreach

This is a chance to get in the game early and quickly reach a senior-level position with a growing startup.

Who you are

  • 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • 2-3 years of technical experience overseeing CRM, automation tools, scrapping, etc.
  • 1-2 years of Sales Development experience with stellar performance
  • Expert in cold calls and cold emails with hard numbers to back it up
  • Experience with other outreach channels (E.g., LinkedIn, SMS, GIFs/videos, physical mail)
  • Experience building and optimizing new outreach channels
  • Experience with the construction industry is a plus
  • Experience in mid-size B2B sales

Compensation: OTE of $100k - $160k
