What you will be doing:

In this role you will serve as the executive assistant to the CEO of JYG Innovations. Your duties will include a wide range of administrative tasks to include the management of a robust executive calendar consisting of travel, meetings and various events. Additionally, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors and keeping an accurate log of contacts, while upholding a professional image.

  • Must uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with executive team, foundation staff, and others, on matters related to CEO's programmatic initiatives
  • May be required to represent during meetings, luncheons, and various appearances
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
  • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place

You Have:

  • Must maintain employer and customer confidence and protection of operations by keeping information confidential
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism
  • Microsoft Office Skills, Reporting Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Supply Management, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Travel Logistics
