Qualifications:

Availability: Ability to work evenings and Saturdays is required.

Experience: 2+ years of customer-facing experience is preferred.

Technical Skills: Experience with CRM software is preferred.

Language Skills: Being bilingual is a plus.

Social Media: A strong social media presence is a plus.
