We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for the leisure and entertainment industry, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our miniature golf courses to a diverse range of clients. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing sales.

What the role involves:

  1. Prospect and Develop New Business: Identify and target potential clients, including entertainment centers, municipalities, resorts, and private businesses, to generate new sales opportunities for miniature golf courses.
  2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  3. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of miniature golf course designs and features, highlighting the unique selling points and benefits of our offerings.
  4. Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present detailed proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and finalize contracts to secure sales agreements.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to effectively position our products and identify emerging opportunities.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure client specifications are met and to address any project-related inquiries or issues.
  7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the company’s CRM system. Provide regular reports and updates to management.

Our ideal candidate has the following requirements and experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the leisure, entertainment, or related industries. Experience in selling recreational facilities or similar products is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with sales processes and CRM software.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
