Job Summary Responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on Comcast products and services to provide a world-class sales and service experience. Works with moderate supervision/guidance, accountable for individual results and impact on team. Core Responsibilities Passionately represents products and services, demonstrating product and sales know-how to customers. Provides product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities. Takes a customer-first approach, listens to customer needs, and provides appropriate solutions. Achieves sales and customer experience goals. Provides comprehensive customer onboarding and ensures customers understand product usage. Performs operational and administrative tasks, partners with customer care to resolve issues. Demonstrates sales excellence and professionalism, aligns with company policies. Completes training requirements, understands sales compensation plan. Works flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. May be required to work in alternate stores, maintains punctual attendance, and performs other assigned duties. Employees at all levels are encouraged to: Understand Operating Principles and prioritize customer experience. Be knowledgeable about Comcast technology and be part of the Net Promoter System. Strive for outstanding results, promote diversity, and work collaboratively. Compensation Base Pay: $15.00 Total Target Compensation: $22.69 (Base Pay + Targeted Commission) Upside potential above targeted earnings for exceeding sales targets.
