What you'll do:

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging business owners, enterprise end users (CIOs, CTOs, and IT Directors), building owners, property managers, and real estate developers in order to support Starry’s nationwide Enterprise expansion. This role has a clear focus on revenue generation by outbound prospecting to create qualified appointments for our Sales Executives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound prospecting to create qualified appointments for Sales Executives
  • Researching serviceable accounts and contact information
  • Achieving and exceeding appointment targets
  • Lead generation through emails and phone calls
  • Building and nurturing business relationships
  • Managing a healthy pipeline of appointments within Salesforce
  • Create messaging and sequences within Starry’s outreach tools (Apollo.io, Outreach)

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the enterprise segment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortability with Salesforce or other similar tools of lead generation and management


Salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 with commission. Final salary will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and training.
