Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of seniors? Caring Transitions is on the lookout for talented individuals to join our company servicing Worcester & Middlesex Counties.


Seeking a flexible individual, work hours are during the day approx. 8 am start till 4pm, on call- jobs range from 2-3 days to 1-2 weeks straight with a possible day off hear an there, we are pretty busy. Great for retirees or others at home looking to get back into the work force...definitely lead to full time for the right individual.

We help seniors downsize, organize their belongings, relocate to senior living and sell their cherished items left behind through our online estate auction platform. What We're Looking For:

  • Problem-solvers with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Physically capable individuals comfortable with standing, walking, lifting, and packing
  • Reliable transportation, high school diploma (or equivalent), and valid driver's license required
  • Experience in estate sales, auctions, or as an eBay reseller is a plus


What We Provide:

  • Competitive compensation: Starting at $18/hour for new team members, $20/hour or higher for experienced candidates

Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly or more with industry experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the contents of a client's home to determine items suitable for donation, sale, or disposal
  • Organize and photograph household items for online auction listings
  • Safely pack and unpack belongings during the relocation process
  • Maintain punctual attendance with flexible scheduling
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing work conditions
  • Demonstrate stamina, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude while addressing challenges
  • Perform any additional duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand Computer basics
  • Experience with engaging social media marketing is a Big Plus
  • Ability to interact with co-workers and function well in a team environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
