Senior Employment Program Administrator

Catholic Charities Diocese Of Worcester Inc is seeking a dedicated professional to lead our Senior Community Service Employment Program. This program is designed to provide essential employment, training, and job search support to older adults from low-income backgrounds, facilitating their transition into unsubsidized employment.
Eligible participants must be aged 55 or older and are required to contribute up to 20 hours weekly in community service roles, compensated at minimum wage, within non-profit and governmental organizations.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe appointed individual will oversee the administration of a federally funded part-time employment and training initiative aimed at adults residing in Worcester County who meet the age criteria. This role includes:
- Implementing policies and procedures as directed by the Center for Workforce Inclusion and sanctioned by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).
- Monitoring and managing the Senior Employment Program to ensure compliance with the Center for Workforce Inclusion Sponsorship Agreement.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive program plan that outlines strategies for recruitment, placement, and effective operational and fiscal management.
- Ensuring thorough recruitment and interviewing processes for all eligible candidates, providing clear explanations of the program's purpose, and ensuring timely completion of all intake and enrollment documentation.
- Conducting program orientations and facilitating the assignment of new participants to qualified Host Agencies as necessary.
