- Generate candidate interest through outbound phone calls, prepare and send strategic emails to prospective candidates
- Build successful relationships with attorney candidates and individuals involved in the hiring process
- Work closely with recruiters and perform administrative functions
- Actively update status in recruitment database in timely manner throughout the various stages of the recruiting/interview process
