Our 7 floor hotel features 277 spacious suites, 11,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space & Chelsea's Bar & Grille.  We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented candidate to lead our hotel's sales and marketing efforts, drive revenue growth, positive RevPAR Index change on the STR report and strive for top market share results. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key partners. Ability to analyze the marketplace and develop strategies to impact new business development. Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Develop the strategy and delivery of the hotels budgeted revenues including group rooms, catering, business transient and leisure transient. 
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, and advertising.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, such as travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
  • Produce and maintain an accurate 30-60-90 day forecast.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and develop competitive strategies.
  • Write and implement the annual marketing plan and participate in the annual budgeting process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the hotel's General Manager and other department heads.
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead weekly sales strategy meetings.
  • Generate creative and innovative marketing campaigns to attract new guests and increase brand awareness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and budgeted revenues.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media.
