  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of Employees and Subcontractors

  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities

  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations

  • Employee Benefit rules of compliance and/or a good basic understanding of the overall rules and regulations
  • Trustworthy and confidentiality of employee and company information
  • Technologically able to use and operate employee enrollment programs and/or willingness to learn
  • Ability to be flexible in an ever-changing environment when it comes to the different hats that a HR Manager wears
  • Excellent communicative skills
  • Assist the Safety Manager in day-to-day operations
