Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processes
  • Review policies and coverage options to ensure clients have appropriate insurance protection
  • Provide exceptional service and support to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members and insurance agents to address complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with insurance products, services, and industry regulations

Requirements
  • Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain the required insurance licenses within 90 days of employment. (Property & Casualty and Life & Health)
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
