About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Hobart Service. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers in the commercial food equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair a variety of commercial food equipment, including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration.
  • Work with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Meet or exceed weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements
  • An accredited High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of mechanical and electrical experience.
  • A valid Driver's License and the ability to drive multiple hours daily.
  • Ability to work Overtime and On-Call as required.
  • Ability to attend our industry-leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.
