We are looking for a coordinator for our TikTok lives Monday-Friday evenings at our location in Sandy. This position is 25-30 hours weekly.
Job Responsibilities:
The coordinator oversees all of our live shows hosted daily in the evening (M-F) on TikTok. They will schedule their team of hosts to ensure full coverage for each day and segment. Understanding the product will be key as well as identifying effective strategies and tactics for successful and profitable lives. You will be on the back end of TikTok during each live making sure things run smoothly from a shop standpoint and will be there to support the hosts.
Things you will need to know to be successful:

  • Understanding of the back end of TikTok Shop
  • Manage, motivate and educate a team of live hosts.
  • Effective communication with team and audience.
  • Ability to work a consistent evening schedule M-F.
  • Be able to think quick on your feet.
  • Organization and effective planning will be imperative.
