SUMMARY

Havtech is looking for a dynamic sales leader who will be responsible for driving revenue and margin goals produced within the Healthcare market segment. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional customer service throughout the qualification, planning, design, sale and execution phases of projects involving HVAC equipment, building automation, and mechanical contracting services. Responsible for understanding the unique challenges our clients face within the Healthcare market and developing a unique solution to ensure the client’s needs are met.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Defines and manages growth strategies that yield annual growth in revenue and margin of projects secured both directly to and indirectly for a targeted list of strategic end-user customers in the Healthcare market segment.
  • Researches and communicates industry developments and trends specific to healthcare segment.
  • Works with targeted end users to develop a pipeline of projects and their corresponding support firms. Communicates the pipeline and required action to all key stake holders within Havtech.
  • Utilizes account management processes to manage client relationships and develop specific action plans and Havtech project teams designed to influence success.
  • Utilize CRM for project pipeline and customer activity tracking and planning.
  • Develops and maintains business relationships that support Havtech success with the support firms that correspond with end user projects. Examples may include: architects, general contractors, design consultants, mechanical contractors, LEED or green consultants, commissioning agents, third party service agencies and energy service companies, (ESCOs).
  • Communicates project and customer milestones and support requirements regularly to all key stake holders with Havtech.
  • Engages in understanding government legislation impacting.
  • Provides legislative updates to Havtech team and associated impact on specific business.
  • Influences market by promoting Havtech equipment, controls, service, parts and contracting.
  • Captures internal Havtech feedback and networks with corresponding support firms to identify new end-user customers to prospect.
  • Creates Havtech team selling groups as required by organizing necessary resources.
  • Gathers project information, coordinates facility visits with team members and manages project timelines.
  • Follows up with buying influencers to help secure orders.
  • Attends and participates in industry organizations related to vertical market.
  • Develops an understanding of how to utilize GPO’s to secure Havtech business.
  • Recognizes how Havtech can influence market and support customer with JACO and other specific regulations pertaining to market.
  • Optimizes Havtech strengths to create positive business positions within market.
  • Develops and deploys targeting marketing campaigns collectively with Havtech Marketing team.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science Degree required in a technical or business-related field.
  • Five years of experience in Sales, Engineering or Marketing.
  • CEM, LEED AP, PE, MBA accreditations or certificates preferred.
  • Demonstrated good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
  • Ability to travel within a defined region at least 20% of the time.
  • Ability to function independently and deliver results.
  • Able to maintain a flexible schedule including evening activities and events
  • Existing knowledge of healthcare industry
  • CRM experience
