Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospital/Clinical Liaison to join our team at Susquehanna Health & Wellness Center. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase patient referrals and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers to generate new patient activity and create deeper relationships with referral sources.
  • Formulate a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and execute day-to-day operations to drive KPIs (referrals, conversion rate, customer satisfaction).
  • Act as the key resource for internal and external customers, and identify new business opportunities with referring partners.
  • Develop census as defined by targeted goals of the business plan, and assist with coordination of the referral-to-admission process.
  • Represent the organization in community-related activities, and recognize barriers to admission, responding timely and appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, and/or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years' progressive experience in marketing and/or public relations in a healthcare setting.
  • Long-term care experience required.
  • Must have advanced training in hospital or nursing facility administration.
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory standards.
  • Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing, and professional sales presentation skills.
