Job Summary
The Senior Sales Manager is principally responsible for building, directing and managing the Company’s sales, business development, customer relationships, and commercial marketing efforts within a designated region or territory for the FET stimulation product lines.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Developing approved sales forecasts and territory sales plan to ensure achievement of projected revenues for a region, territory or customer.
- Selling and marketing Company products to existing, new and prospective customers.
- Developing and managing personal relationships with key individuals within each customer or potential customer’s organization.
- Develop marketing plans and budgets for a designated region or customer base. This plan shall include Company actions for local and regional trade shows, technical events, industry meetings, advertising campaigns and customer focused technical presentations and entertainment.
- Identifying opportunities to broaden the business model and applications for coiled tubing products.
- Support the business of the Company’s customer service organization and operate as the primary sales representative for customer service and support operations in the region.
- Assist with sales and marketing efforts in other regions and, as required, support and attend trade shows out of the assigned sales territory.
- Drafting technical articles and presentations.
- Identifying potential acquisition and other investment opportunities
Skills/Knowledge
- Comprehensive knowledge of company products.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Expertise in sales and marketing.
- Willing to travel 50 % of the time
- Work in North America and Canada
- International travel required
Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
Experience
- 15+ years of selling or servicing in the upstream completions oilfield industry (Stimulation products)
