Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Professional to lead our account management and expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services within existing accounts to maximize revenue and growth.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer customized solutions to address them.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Forrest Performance Group's service offerings, such as traction and Insperity consulting services.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to provide tailored solutions and recommendations to clients.
- Handle complex sales cycles by presenting our value proposition to executive-level decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring their success.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in consulting services (business management system such as traction or a human resources payroll services like Insperity or Paychex).
- Proven track record of selling to founders and C-level executives.
- Experience handling complex sales cycles and managing long-term client relationships.
- Prior experience as a sales leader, ideally in a senior sales or leadership role.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of clients and provide effective solutions.
- Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Located in Fort Worth, TX.
