Sales Representative

Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts and new accounts
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Generate leads through warm calling and networking
- Prepare and deliver proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clientsQualifications:- Previous experience in cable harness manufacturing and/or custom electronics manufacturing sales or account management strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business development opportunities
- Proficient in using CRM software
