Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Represent Sena Technologies and its products with in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain an intimate understanding of Sena’s mission, vision, goals, and product line.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about Sena’s products, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors. Regularly visit trade partner outlets to train employees and ensure optimal product presentation.
  • Represent Sena at product launches, trade shows, and other industry events. Identify and participate in relevant events to enhance brand exposure.
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new trade partners to expand Sena’s reseller base.
  • Assist dealerships in creating purchase displays to encourage sales growth.
  • Ensure optimal availability of goods in retail outlets.
  • Create and maintain relationships with influential industry personalities to further brand exposure.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of competing brands and models, both current and future.
  • Respond promptly to dealer needs and requests, involving necessary resources to deliver solutions and drive sales
  • Foster cooperation with dealer employees and distributor representatives through strong partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a related role, with at least 2 years in the Powersports industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing channel partner relationships and achieving sales targets within the Powersports industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Powersport industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at all levels.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and an understanding of Powersport communication technologies.
  • Ability to travel over 50% of the year.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.
  • Active motorcycle rider with experience, a license, and a bike.
