We are looking for a new leader for our Plano, TX office

The ideal candidate will have a strong logistics and sales background. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the learning and development of the sales team
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition in the recruiting, interviewing, selection, on-boarding, and training of new employees
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
  • Establish and communicate business and performance goals to the sales representatives
  • Track and report all sales activities
  • Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in logistics/transportation industry
  • 3-5 years experience in sales
  • Proven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong work ethic and sense of integrity
  • Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
