Job Summary: your primary responsibility is establishing and cultivating a robust customer base through prospecting and networking within the aviation industry. You will develop and implement strategies for engaging with customers virtually and occasionally in person, accelerating new customer acquisition, and maintaining accurate sales pipelines. Additionally, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to execute effective marketing campaigns and assist in developing sales strategies and processes. Building long-term strategic relationships with customers and ensuring exceptional ongoing service are integral aspects of this role. You will contribute to the company's strategic growth model by providing insights on market trends and customer feedback. Representing the company at trade shows and industry events and tracking and transparently reporting on your results are also key responsibilities.



Skills/Abilities/Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Self-motivated with exceptional listening skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to build rapport and understand business requirements of senior decision-makers in the Business Aviation industry
  • Willingness to travel 25-30% to trade shows and networking events throughout the year
