WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is currently seeking an experienced Resident/Office Engineer to work on exciting aviation projects If you think you're the right fit, we invite you to apply today to join our team

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide technical assistance to project team members as required
•Conduct site visits to monitor project advancement and identify issues
•Prepare and distribute progress reports and status updates to project stakeholders
•Develop and manage submittals along with a submittals log
•Record all payments and maintain their supporting documents
•Lead progress meetings and prepare and distribute minutes and agenda
•Develop and prepare RFI and change order request logs
•Supervise all materials testing and maintain testing and certification records
•Prepare detailed cost estimates
•Mentor and lead a team of inspectors
•Maintain a daily diary and develop project progress reports

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture
•Experience working on airport construction projects
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
•Strong attention to detail
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
