The National Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive growth across multiple regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of national marketing trends, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement national marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing materials and initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Adjust strategies based on insights.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and achieving ROI targets.
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience:
- Must be 21+
- 3-5 years of national marketing experience
- Knowledge of national craft beer industry and trends, including the gluten-free and better for you segments preferred.
- Brandfolder knowledge preferred
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and marketing automation tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Applicable Work Experience
