Administrative Coordinator

DeLeers Construction is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our maintenance team. This new position works closely with the Maintenance Leader and their team to coordinate work with customers, schedule appointments, schedule work, assist with collecting bid and estimation documentation, produce purchase orders and change order requests, and make follow up calls with trade partners. We are based out of DePere, WI however this role is located in our growing Eagle River, WI office.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and computer skills. Experience with Microsoft office is required. Knowledge or passion for the construction and building maintenance industry is a plus but not required.
DeLeers Construction is a family owned business that has over 80 years of experience in the industry. With two offices and over 150 employees, we specialize in the design and construction of high end homes and light commercial structures.
