  • Ensure accuracy of shipping information.
  • Maintain comprehensive shipping records and logs.
  • Address and resolve any shipment-related issues.
  • Optimize shipping costs through efficient web-based systems.
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders involved.
  • Assist in managing customer orders.
  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding order status.
  • Compile and generate daily shipping reports.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with shipping software is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule:

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.
