Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and team members upon their arrival at the reception area, providing necessary guidance and information.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring that important messages reach the appropriate individuals.
  • Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing mail, as well as deliveries.
  • Support other administrative functions, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Maintain building security by ensuring visitors adhere to sign-in protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent educational background.
  • Skilled in managing phone communications and navigating high-pressure situations.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
