Our growing company is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support our sales division where you will be the backbone support for our high-performance sales team Candidates must be professional and excel in a fast-paced work environment while effectively multi-tasking and efficiently handling various priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • File annual, weekly, and daily reports for our operations teams.
  • Verify team sales in order to track revenue and output for all of our sales teams.
  • Manage inbound and outbound chat/text functions specific to each department to reach higher revenue levels.
  • Answer annual report questions as asked from Front End, Back End, and Renewals sales reps.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customer’s needs when qualifying them.
  • Conduct company-wide administrative duties such as promoting company events, Fun Squad activities, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with potential customers and internal team members.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Excellent Phone Communication Skills
  • Ability to navigate a CRM System and use a headset.
  • Basic computer skills such as typing while using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
