Responsibilities

A HR Learning Coordinator contributes to AHF by helping to ensure that AHF’s employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and procedural information needed to carry out the amazing work we do.

A HR Learning Coordinator enhances the reputation of AHF by making sure our Learning Management System (LMS) works as intended. They will work with the Learning and Development team and internal partners to maintain training content in our system, manage staff access and permissions, troubleshoot issues, and monitor and report on key metrics such as completion rates and learner feedback.

You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.

To be successful as a HR Learning Coordinator it is crucial to ensure that the AHF core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that your do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The HR Learning Coordinator will work as a part of a close knit team to provide training support to our internal partners. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that live virtual training sessions run smoothly, tracking participation, and reporting on learner progress. The Learning Coordinator should be skilled in using Excel to analyze data and present trends using charts, graphs, and other visual aids. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop a wide range of skills in training, communication, project management, human resources and technical skills while contributing to AHF's success.
