Summer Intern - Human Resources

The Human Resources Intern will participate in various projects gaining knowledge and experience in new hire onboarding, time and leave management, training and development and benefits administration. We offer a paid internship program, competitive salary and a professional and friendly work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist with the onboarding process and new hire orientation.
• Assist with coordinating training and development seminars and courses.
• Assist with our employee file digitization project.
• Assist with employee engagement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• College student in their Junior or Senior year - currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field of study.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal sills, including the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.
• Ability to work in both independent and team-oriented environments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, analyze and problem solve.
• Apply discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficient in MicroSoft Office.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 24 hours/week. In-office.

Duration: June 3, 20024 - August 9, 2024

Salary: $20/hour
