Job Summary:  

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Active Technical Support Specialist at the entry level to provide exceptional technical support to our clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in technical support within the glass and mirror industry. The successful candidate will assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues related to our products.

- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve product-related issues by effectively utilizing problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.

- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our support ticketing system.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and production teams to relay customer feedback and technical requirements.

- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to provide accurate information and support to customers.

- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new products, technologies, and best practices in technical support.

- Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.


Qualifications:


- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred).

- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of glass and mirror products; familiarity with technical support processes is a plus.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
