Your work as the IT Support Specialist-Level II includes several components:
• Installation / configuration of all Microtech tools.
• Perform system backups and recoveries for SQL and Exchange.
• Infrastructure installation / configuration / administration / troubleshooting.
• Expertise with Internet, firewall, switch, & wifi.
• Understanding of VLAN and basic administration.
• Installation / configuration / administration of Windows Server, server roles, and Active Directory.
• Understanding of Hypervisor.
• Proficiency in Network printing.
• Office 365 installation / configuration / administration / troubleshooting.
• Understanding of PowerShell and Scripting.

Our ideal IT Support Specialist-Level II has the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (or the equivalent level of experience within IT) is preferred.
• MSP experience preferred.
• Five years minimum of related IT support experience - including but not limited to:

oOffice 365 installation / configuration / administration / troubleshooting

oMicrosoft Windows Server / Active Directory / configuration / administration / troubleshooting

oMicrosoft Exchange

oScripting knowledge and experience

oPowerShell knowledge

oHypervisor understanding / administration
• Advanced installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of various backup solutions.
• Advanced desktop, server, LAN and WAN troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Technically savvy with strong time management skills.
• Experience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutions.
• Maintain superior client relations.
