Job Description:


As a Helpline Assistant at Atkinson’s Mirror and Glass, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and information related to our products and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.


Responsibilities:


- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Provide accurate information regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.

- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by Atkinson’s Mirror and Glass.

- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system.

- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.

- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction after issue resolution.

- Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols.

- Stay updated on industry trends and company policies to provide the best service possible.


Requirements:


- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.

- Proven experience in a customer service or helpline role, preferably in the retail or manufacturing sector.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
