ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company that offers portfolio of services that span across the vehicle lifecycle. As a Driver Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Independent Contractors (I/Cs) receive exceptional support and assistance, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently. You will act as a key liaison between I/Cs and various departments within the company, advocating for I/C concerns and facilitating resolutions to any issues that may arise.

The objective of our Care Team is to provide comprehensive support to our Independent Contractors (I/Cs) and our customers. This involves effective communication and prompt resolution of issues that arise. Additionally, the Care Team supports our OTR (Over-the-Road) operations team by alerting them to any reported delays or issues that could impact on our Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $21 - $25/hr.

What will you be doing?

  • Maintain daily communication with Independent Contractors (IC’s) and vendors to obtain/verify time-sensitive pick-up and delivery schedules.
  • Communicate daily with customers to update them on expected service times and ensure expectations are met.
  • Accurately document all updates and communications in the transport management system to maintain a clear record of operations.
  • Proactively alert the operations team to any potential risks that could lead to service failures or delays, assisting as necessary to ensure swift resolution and mitigation.
  • Gather feedback from I/Cs to identify areas for improvement and communicate suggestions to management.
  • All other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other general office equipment.
  • Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address driver concerns effectively.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Familiarity with transportation logistics and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
