Job Summary: The Field Training Coordinator is a key member of the ScriptPro Product Support team who will facilitate a variety of initiatives related to end user training and support for product implementations. A successful Field Training Coordinator will have a passion for continued learning, customer service, process improvement, and collaboration. Effective communication, problem solving skills, and attention to detail are essential in this role. This position requires approximately 50% travel.

Schedule: Generally, Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm CST, but some flexibility exists. Some after-hours and weekend work are required. This role is on a hybrid work schedule; mix of remote and in office. Applicants must live in the Kansas City metro area. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Reporting Relationship: Director, Field Training

Job Location: Mission, KS

Scope of Role:

  • Collaborate directly with ScriptPro end users to create detailed training plans, customized workflows, and customer-specific documentation in preparation for training and go-live support for product implementations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Field Training Specialists throughout designated system implementations. Work proactively to anticipate end user and trainer needs. Monitor open issues and serve as a liaison between the Training Specialist and other internal stakeholders to achieve effective resolutions.
  • Lead a variety of post-implementation tasks including documentation reviews, customer follow-up, additional training and support needs assessments, and lessons learned evaluations.
  • Actively communicate Field Training initiatives and outcomes to team members and other groups across the company.
  • Facilitate virtual training sessions with end users both prior to and after implementations.
  • Work with the Director of Field Training to perform regular check-ins with Training Specialists and assess areas for improvement, change, and promotion. This includes evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes, as well as facilitating the professional development of Training Specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer support.
  • Approximately 50% travel is required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven knowledge with ScriptPro products, Field Training Specialist experience preferred.

Working Conditions: This position is regularly exposed to vibrations, may work near moving mechanical parts and equipment, may be exposed to electrical shock and the noise level may be loud. This is a very active position. Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, bend, reach and requires the ability to push/pull and lift independently. Motor coordination skills are required. This job includes specific vision abilities including close, distance, and color. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions. Focused attention during extended periods of travel time.
