Job Description

At SERVPRO of East Brownsville & South Padre Island, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Office Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction operations team, ensuring seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries, manage customer expectations, and ensure timely communication.
  • Project Initiation: Coordinate with construction managers to ensure accurate project documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Project Planning: Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Project Execution: Coordinate with construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the construction operations team, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of business experience, preferably in the construction or restoration industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; proficiency in current business software technologies.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some flexibility in hours may be needed dependent upon the business needs.
