Requirements
The candidates we are seeking have the following experience profile:
- Ecommerce – UX/UI, Content Management, Digital Shelf and Merchandising, Shopping Cart

- Categories – Skin Care, Wellness, Beauty Care, or Personal Care, Natural preferred, CPG
- Early-Stage – Ideally, experience with a start-up and or a major new business launch
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive revenue, increase traffic, and maximize customer acquisition.
- Manage a budget and optimize campaigns across various channels including, but not limited to, SEM, paid social, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with new performance marketing channels, tools, and tactics.
- Use customer data to segment audiences, target campaigns, and personalize messaging.
- Work with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creative and landing pages.
- Ensure all campaigns are in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Test and optimize campaigns to continuously improve performance and ROI.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns with a budget.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other performance marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to identify trends and insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of e-commerce best practices and customer journey.

The salary range for this position is $85-110,000 annually. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, we offer competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as employee assistance programs and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
