Overview
Iovance is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Contract Recruiting Coordinator aids with and facilitate the movement of candidates through the recruitment process. This role is a key part of the recruiting team in coordinating and scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates/staffing agency, and support the hiring process.
Specific Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters in coordinating with candidates/staffing agency to schedule interviews (phone/onsite/Zoom) across multiple department/offices.
- Handle last-minute scheduling changes.
- Update Req Report with all the recruiting activities.
- Post job openings in our ATS system, LinkedIn, Indeed and other job posting board.
- Attending recruitment meetings and update recruitment activities.
- Schedule reference check calls with hiring managers and recruiters as needed.
- Support with planning any job fair or TA hiring events.
- Other duties as needed.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3 years plus of experience as a Staffing coordinator or Human Resources Coordinator.
- Effective HR administration and people management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Works well under pressure, meets tight deadlines with a sense of urgency.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication
- Most have good organizational and time management
- Meticulous attention to detail.
