Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a technical or software environment
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to demonstrate strong verbal and writing skills;
  • Ability to maintain focus and sit for long periods.

Essential Duties:

  • Respond to clients via mainly chat, and email; addressing questions/concerns and technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered notes.
  • Monitor and proactively communicate ongoing client issues.
  • Resolve complex hardware and software-related support issues.
