Join our client's extraordinary care team as an Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse in New Kensington, PA. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive environment. You will collaborate to provide patient care plans, support patients in the area, and manage critical deadlines for charting. Key Responsibilities Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans Support patients in New Kensington, PA and surrounding areas Meet critical deadlines for charting Self-manage time and schedule Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software Schedule: 8am Saturday through 8am Monday. Will be scheduled time off during the shift for resting. Travel Local travel required.
