Position purpose:
This position will be involved with optimizing the workforce productivity and operational efficiency by effectively managing staffing levels, scheduling, and talent development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Identify training needs within the workforce.
· Developing and implementing departmental training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
· Providing coaching and mentoring to team members to support their professional growth.
· Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as needed.
· Collaborating with mangers to assess staffing needs and create workforce plans.
· Developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent within the organization.
· Creating and managing team member schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
· Monitoring and adjusting schedules to accommodate changes in business needs.
· Establishing performance goals and objectives for team members.
· Identifying opportunities for performance improvement and implementing development plans.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:Education/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Human Resources, Organizational Learning and Development, or closely related field.
· Minimum (3) years of experience in conducting in-person training within a human resource department.
· Experience working with diverse groups and implementing training programs to ensure operation efficiency.
Licensing:
· Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License
Work Requirements:
Shift: Full-Time
Requires problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, operate a desktop computer. Position involves prolonged sitting, standing or walking, stooping or bending, lifting, or carrying up to 30 pounds on a daily basis. Work is performed in an office or casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and / or temperature.
