Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Training Specialist to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a Product Training Specialist, you will be responsible for educating our business associates on how to properly leverage and use our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with product owners and teams to assess training needs for new or existing platforms and applications.
  • Develop and deliver training strategies, plans, and materials in support of new products and system enhancements.
  • Attend new product demos to stay up-to-date and knowledgeable in anticipation of future required trainings.
  • Participate in technical walkthroughs of new products and enhancements, as well as 'Train the Trainer' sessions.
  • Prepare trainer cheat sheets and guides to ensure customer-centric and user-focused training.
  • Collaborate with product and support desk teams to ensure sign-off and support readiness for new applications and enhancements.
  • Deliver training directly to end-users through various modalities, including in-person, webinars, and virtual trainings.
  • Collect continuous feedback from end-users to provide opportunities for improvements and issue resolution.
  • Input necessary data and training metrics to ensure capacity planning, track product or enhancement rollouts, and highlight areas of opportunity.
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and technology support teams to ensure issue resolution and guide business users through the appropriate process.
Requirements
  • Five years of progressive work experience, with a minimum of three years' experience in the learning, teaching, training, or sales space.
  • Experience in technology organizations and/or technology companies is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Valid Driver's License needed to travel.
Additional Requirements
  • Significant travel of at least 25% to divisions and business users.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a changing system and application landscape.
  • Expert interpersonal skills, with ability to partner effectively, manage multiple stakeholders, and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to train with structure and narratives, simplifying complex topics for non-technical business users.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Seeks and takes feedback constructively in a spirit of continuous improvement.
  • Open to going above and beyond job duties when necessary, including potential cross-training to ensure appropriate coverage.
Physical and Office/Site Presence Requirements

This is primarily a sedentary office position that requires the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $64,211.00 - $86,238, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials, and operational considerations.

This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, and benefits, including robust health insurance plans, a 401(k) Retirement Plan, Paid Parental Leave, and an Associate Assistance Plan.
