Job DescriptionJob Description

SUMMARY

Stashlete is seeking a driven Client Executive to help drive growth for our company. There are

two key aspects to the position:

1. As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for managing warm, active leads and

moving them through the Stashlete sales process to close new business within our

ideal customer target segments.

2. The Client Executive will also be responsible for client onboarding, account

management, client satisfaction, and revenue expansion within the Stashlete

customer base. The Client Executive will work with existing clients to expand usage

of the Stashlete platform.

 

This role will act as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure

the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

This position is not initially a Hunter sales position. We have warm leads that need nurturing

and movement through a sales process, as well as a focus on strong account management and

client success skills.

 

** Base salary is $60,000 plus a bonus structure: first year OTE $95,000. Could be higher based on sales quota **

Responsibilities Summary:

Daily attention to detail regarding:

  • Handling of all prospect/customer lifecycle steps, from initial discovery, through Proposal development, closing and client on-boarding
  • Overcome objections, gain access to key Decision Makers and move opportunities from leads to prospects while building pipeline
  • Responsible for meeting sales revenue targets
  • Contribute and report personal sales metrics in the weekly sales team meetings
  • Strong negotiations, verbal and communication skills
  • Guide new clients through the initial setup process to ensure a smooth transition onto the Stashlete platform
  • Oversee client accounts to maintain strong relationships and address any issues or concerns promptly
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback collection, and issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities to expand the usage of the Stashlete platform within the existing client base, aiming to drive additional revenue growth

Administration & Planning:

  • Manage the sales administration functions in the role that includes opportunity/deal tracking using CRM for smooth flow of deals to client approval and PO
  • Weekly reporting of personal sales metrics, reports and communications involving personal activities and actions needed to drive sales per month
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and drive fundraising growth
