- Ensure meticulous record-keeping of control measures and production area housekeeping activities.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement programs, suggesting and implementing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Work towards achieving established goals in productivity and quality, driving the team towards excellence.
- Monitor the consumption of materials and production resources, proposing replacements for defective items to optimize the manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5-10+ years of experience in automotive production management, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
