Role Responsibilities

As a Marketing Pursuit Manager, you will oversee all aspects of pursuit activities from strategy formulation to securing project wins. Your collaboration with Team Leaders and Project Managers will be essential in crafting compelling proposals and presentations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading client development efforts, tracking essential marketing data, and managing client relationships.
  • Working with teams to create effective client development strategies.
  • Assisting in strategic decision-making regarding market opportunities and project pursuits.
  • Conducting Client Service Reviews to assess satisfaction levels.
  • Managing the reporting process for client development outcomes, including proposals and project pursuits.
  • Representing the company at professional and technical events.
  • Maintaining project information databases and team resumes.
  • Overseeing the proposal process to ensure the delivery of winning submissions.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience in the Engineering, Architecture, or Construction sectors, with a proven ability to manage proposal and presentation timelines.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of handling multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in writing and editing, along with experience using InDesign.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
